Our dedicated UK Technical and Support Centre, sets us aside from others. We understand more than most that no one can afford down-time, delays or lost transactions. Therefore, reliability of equipment is built into every solution and supported directly through our own dedicated UK Technical and Support Centre – by a team of professionals that are highly valued by both us and our customers.
A socially responsible business, our family values and corporate consciousness are reflected in our building a playground for children in Ethiopia and work with the Costa Foundation, to sponsorship of the NatWest Island Games and Local Hero Awards. Unrivalled capability, from our first multi-site installation in 2003 covering all UK restaurants for wholesalers Makro, to undertaking the largest roll-out of EPOS Systems in the UK for over 10 years. Which, in just one six-week period alone saw 1,470 installations of our EPOS solutions to Costa Coffee outlets, within a project that saw over 2,000 outlets updated – within budget, within timescale, and without any loss of trading.
