Founded in 2003 by Chris and David Jackson, WRS Systems remain an independent business with core family values and a customer first ethos. As a business we provide tailored EPOS solutions to the hospitality and retail sectors across the UK and Europe that enable them to reduce cost, improve cash flow and operational efficiency whilst meeting the ever changing demands of their customers and market. As you would expect, this includes consultancy, installation, servicing and on-site training.

We are innovators, by listening to our customers’ and innovating around their brief we help them overcome business barriers – building strong relationships and gaining valuable ‘insights’ that enable us to bring new solutions to market or tackle old issues in new innovative ways. Such as being the first to integrate Biometrics into the EPOS Environment. Just one example of the innovation that ensures we are always ‘on-trend’ and relevant.

Our dedicated UK Technical and Support Centre, sets us aside from others. We understand more than most that no one can afford down-time, delays or lost transactions. Therefore, reliability of equipment is built into every solution and supported directly through our own dedicated UK Technical and Support Centre – by a team of professionals that are highly valued by both us and our customers.
A socially responsible business, our family values and corporate consciousness are reflected in our building a playground for children in Ethiopia and work with the Costa Foundation, to sponsorship of the NatWest Island Games and Local Hero Awards. A commitment we give freely and shared by everyone at WRS Systems to support the wider communities that we serve.
Unrivalled capability, from our first multi-site installation in 2003 covering all UK restaurants for wholesalers Makro, to undertaking the largest roll-out of EPOS Systems in the UK for over 10 years. Which, in just one six-week period alone saw 1,470 installations of our EPOS solutions to Costa Coffee outlets, within a project that saw over 2,000 outlets updated – within budget, within timescale, and without any loss of trading.
The diverse nature of our enviable client base, reflecting the broad appeal and flexibility of our solutions across the broad spectrum of national multi-site retail chains to local independent hospitality providers that have the confidence in us as their EPOS partner of choice, which includes: Costa Coffee, dyson, The Cornish Bakery, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Warrens Bakery, Nathans Famous, Big John’s, the LSO and two-star Michelin Chef and Restauranteur Michelle Roux.
